MexiGuide ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Rumbotech Labs, operates the MexiGuide website and mobile application. How to exercise your rights: Send a request to privacy@mexiguide.org including your full name, email associated with your account, a description of the right(s) you wish to exercise, and any supporting documentation. We will respond within 20 business days, as required by the LFPDPPP.
MexiGuide is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
MexiGuide is operated from Mexico. If you access our services from outside Mexico, your data may be transferred to and processed in Mexico or other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure that any international data transfer complies with the LFPDPPP requirements.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. We will also update the "Last updated" date above. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.
