Getting Around

The town center and Playa La Ropa are walkable. Microbuses and taxis shuttle between Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa (~10 min). Water taxis run from the municipal pier to Playa Las Gatas. Rental cars are useful for day trips to more remote beaches.
